Muddy Souls

On Saturday past some of AVRIO’s team took part in an amazing event in aid of North West STOP – Suicide Prevention. A team of 30 courageous men took part in the charity hike led by Paul Rooney of Muddy Souls. The team hiked for almost 10 hours across challenging terrain in the Leitrim and Sligo mountains for this remarkable cause.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Muddy Souls, led by Paul (with the help of his dog, Tango), is an amazing business which runs hikes and walks all over Ireland and promises to give you a special and unique experience. They offer a one-of-a-kind adventure which will make you smile and promotes positive mental health.

North West STOP is a registered charity providing mental health services for all age groups. The charity was founded in 2004 by families who were bereaved by suicide, and now offers free counselling services. The charity aims to prevent suicide by informing, educating, and promoting positive mental health.
