Closure Restoration Aftercare Management Plan (CRAMP)
Closure Restoration Aftercare Management Plan (CRAMP) are developed to address the key issues which will occur in the event of both a planned and unplanned closure. For most sites, closure will mean the cessation of production activities followed by the decommissioning, cleaning, and rendering safe of the facility. This would include the removal of all raw materials, wastes and any other potentially contaminating substances present on the site to the satisfaction of the appropriate regulatory body.
The basis of the plan is to ensure that, upon completion of the closure, the facility would be in a suitable state for future use and its condition would not pose a risk to public health and safety or to the environment.
AVRIO has developed and completed numerous CRAMP reports for a large number of industrial facilities throughout the UK and Ireland. If your organisation requires a CRAMP report, please get in touch.
